TOTAL QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM (T.Q.C.S.) HAS BEEN ADOPTED FULLY & MAINTAINING QUALITY CHECKS AT EACH & EVERY STAGE OF PRODUCTION WITH COMPLETE DICUMENTATION TO ASCERTAIN THE LIABELITY. AS UNDER :

A). EXHAUSTIVE THREE STAGE CHECKING.
B). AT SELECTION OF RAW MATERIAL.
C). CASTING & PRODUCTION FACILITY IS IN HOUSE & ALL SECRETIVE & COPYRIGHT DESIGNS ARE PRODUCED IN FACTORY PREMISES ITSELF.
D). AT BALANCING STAGE OF EACH ITEM.
E). DUTY TESTED VELVET/FELT IS USED BENEATH THE PRODUCT.
F). AT PACKING STAGE - PROPER CARE IS TAKEN TO AVOID & ABSORB ANY SHOCK DURING MATERIAL HANDLING.

Process Flow Cycle

Firstly the patterns & moulds are made in our workshop according to the sketches supplied by the Buyer with the help of various types of Electro - Mechanical Machines.
Secondly in house casting of the products takes place with the help of patterns made out of wood first & then of the corrosponding metal.

Mass production is also undertaken in house to keep the secrecy & copy right items more secretive.

Thirdly after quality checks on various norms / points the turning / grinding is done to remove extra & uneven material on the casted items.

Fourthly polishing is done and after complete checking of the product taking consideration of various quality parameters like polish, shine, balancing, pin holes, edges, foreign particles etc. The item is properly cleaned - felted, plating, laquered, ultrasonic wash etc. (as per requirements).

Thereafter IIIrd stage checking / passing of various tests, the material / product is packed firstly in the inner box & then in outer corrugated box.

This outer box is ready for despatch.
